Aesthetics:

The scene is fast paced and smooth with the basic colour combination that stays continuous black and white. Used commonly in illusions as well as fast moving, smooth high-quality acting.

Space and composition:

The characters are positioned to get the centre of attention as well as showing some intense smooth movement. The main characters are stood framed not too far from the centre.

Acting:

Near the end of the scene, we see the emotions change from each character being confident to everyone slightly panicking.

Narrative:

It starts by them being checked by security and throughout the scene they are seen to be caught in unexpected situations which are solved. Near the end the characters for a short time show opposite emotions from prior act.

Technical aspects:

The lighting in this scene is strong and bright for small details and movements to be seen. The camera is constantly moving across the character in the scene to capture all movement. It also has stable shots of the horsemen getting searched which brings up the intensity.

Sound:

The background music is slightly fast paced with a classical type of sound. It's extremely easy to hear and doesn't have a distracting sound. When the intensity is brought up the music begins to fill act and maintain a steady pace.

Editing:

There are small parts of the scene which use a lot of high-quality editing such as when the card is passed around objects it's edited for a realistic effect. As well as the act where the card is moving down the shirts of the horseman is edited to move with ease and swiftness.

Representation:

In this scene the colours are used to show the stereotype of illusion or magic which is black and white shown by the background (white) and the characters clothing being black.

Dialogue:

the dialogue in this scene is very limited however we see the dominating dialogue of the guards and security as they carry out the search this is done to keep it straight forward and show the dominance in the acting of the security. there is also a limited amount of dialogue coming from the main characters. they are seen mocking and being fast paced with their speech which reflects the emotion of fear.

Foley:

there is a lot of Foley being used in this scene to make up most of the audio as well as make up most of the silent sounds such as the card flicking, tapping, etc. the Foley is mainly used to make up some sort of similar sound for specific actions in the visuals.

Ambience:

the ambience is simply any background noise that fits the visuals such as visuals of rainfall in a forest will have a rainfall with maybe heavy winds and animal noises. in this scene the ambience is very limited however we can hear some ambience such as the buzzers and scanners but its very limited.

Music:

the music is very fast paced and has a intense feeling to it. the music is slower and calm when the visuals are more settling and the pace increases as it goes to a more intense and faster clip.
